Dennis reviewed our basement situation in detail. Unlike other services who recommended extensive and expensive solutions, he identified easy “fix” for one aspect of problem, and then recommended another firm for a vapor barrier on crawl space. He was very knowledgeable and most of all, he was HONEST...very high integrity.

Purchased my house in '13. Didn't realize my water leaks in the basement. Some home inspectors need a swift kick in the britches for not telling the buyers of this problem.
So I had to research getting my basement done. I live in Hampton and researched for over 5 yrs. Even considered companies all the way in the northeast. So i came across EVERDRY and 1 company in Connecticut based on customers satisfaction. for some strange reason, EVERDRY being in business for decades, I could not find 1 single negative rating on them. So I called them and from the first meeting I knew I struck gold. He took a walk around inside and outside the house and found MOLD. Why me o lord! He calmed me down and he explained the different options on how to handle it and his suggestion. So he explained the EZ BREATHE unit and how it works and the benefits of it ( my allergies ). The process of the work crew was OUTSTANDING. When ever they encountered a problem like the super thick concrete which was atleast 2 feet thick. They kept me up to speed on the progress. On the last day. I was so sad. I Fired up my grill and was going to surprise them with some BBQ. but they finished earlier and I was doing the walk thru before you know it. I just got to wait 6 to 8 wks for the concrete to cure before i can finish The MANCAVE. I'm sittin on my hands to stop slapping. You guys ROCK! EVERDRY FOR PRESIDENT!!

We have a unique issue with no water in our basement but it is very humid and we had effervescence throughout the basement floor. Everdry has been great working with us to work and resolve our issues. It's been trial and error but the company and employees (Kenny, Stockley, and Markus) have all been working hard trying different things to resolve the problem. Although not totally resolved, we have noted significant improvement in the air quality and the effervescence is diminishing. All I can say is that they are all working to get the effervescence under control. So if you ever want a company and employees that truly care, please give them a shot.
So glad I chose Everdry Waterproofing! The EZ Breathe they installed has already made a huge impact on our daughters breathing now that the mold is getting removed from the air. I just want to thank Everdry for doing a spectacular job and making our home SAFE again!
Want to call out EverDry Service Supervisor Kenny for exceptional customer service. We have had the EveryDry system installed in our crawl space for about 5 years and have been very pleased with the results. Recently had need for a home service call to replace the backup battery. Very pleased with the service call and the professoinal manner in which Kenny worked with us to get system back online. Job very well done Kenny.
