The church was experiencing musty odors. Upon inspection, Everdry learned that the crawlspace was missing the required vapor barrier. Excessive ground moisture was allowing mold to form on the floor joist which was emitting a musty odor into the hvac system and ultimately into the church.
Everdry team installed the proper vapor barrier, closed off all crawlspace vents, and installed a commercial grade dehumidifier that will keep the humidity and moisture levels low enough to prevent further mold growth.
